All returns and exchanges must reach us within 14 days from the date of your receipt. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and with all the original labels and tags. Should there be any sign of wear a refund will not be issued. This includes makeup, fake tan, or any other marks so please be careful when trying items on.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return and order number. We will then provide you with the return instructions.
If you receive an item that is faulty we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt via email. This needs to include your name, order number, and a photo of the fault. Faulty items returned within our 14 day return policy but without notifying us within 48 hours of receipt will only be refunded in the form of a store credit note. It is up to our discretion of you are eligible for a refund or store credit.
Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you by email as soon as we have processed your return. Refunds will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Please be aware before making a purchase that any item returned may take up to 14 days to be refunded, this does not include your bank's processing time.
Unfortunately we do not cover return postage costs and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to ensure you use a tracked and recorded service. We cannot refund any lost, missing or damaged returns.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of us receiving your return, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
